As a Transportation Aide with the Frankenmuth Skilled Nursing and Rehab Campus with Wellspring, you'll be part of a team of nurses, CNAs and senior support staff committed to helping seniors in Frankenmuth. In this position, you'll be directly supporting your community in Saginaw County to provide services to seniors. In this position, you will bring a high school diploma or equivalent, and be licensed as Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, required. You will also have a good driving record, a valid driver's license and chauffer's license with the State of Michigan. You'll bring prior experience driving a multi-person van or bus.

As a Transportation Aide, you will:
- Transport residents/clients to appointments as scheduled
- Operate and drive the bus on Activities outings
- Observe and report any physical and/or behavioral changes in residents/clients to nursing staff
- Work tactfully and cooperatively with residents/clients, families, visitors and the entire staff throughout the organization
- Flexible schedule and works overtime on occasion to meet the needs of the department
- Observe and report any physical and/or behavioral changes in residents to charge nurse
- Assist Activities Department when available
- Communicate with medical staff, and other department supervisors
