Transport Paramedic - stafffinders

Summary:

Provide care and transportation for pediatric and neonatal patients via ground ambulance, helicopter, and fixed-wing aircraft.

Maintain equipment readiness, supply availability, and complete related paperwork.

Desire to expand knowledge of pediatric and neonatal care in a transport setting.

Self-motivated, organized, with strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of three years ALS experience for flight paramedics.

Three years clinical experience for EMT-P/LP.

Certification/Licensure:

Current Texas Paramedic Certification, CPR, and valid Texas Driver's License.

ACLS, PALS, NRP, and Stable Certifications required within 90 days of employment.

Advanced Certification (FP-C, CCEMTP, C-NPT, or TP-C) within 2 years.

Emergency Vehicle Operators Course during orientation and every 3 years thereafter.
