DESCRIPTION:
Transition Project Manager will also consult or analyze and deliver on more complex discrete assignments or projects that have been included in the scope of work but sit outside of the general operational cadence.
Key activities and responsibilities:
Understanding the contract terms and conditions and Customer expectations at a detailed level
The Land Development Agreement
The Design Build Agreement
The Operations and Maintenance Agreement
The Interface Agreement
Manage personal time and attend recurring meetings with key construction and operational stakeholders.
Take meeting minutes when required.
Integration and introduction of subject matter experts into project reviews and deliverables
Oversight and understanding of Commissioning, Risk Management, IT, Quality, Energy, Safety, Finance, CMMS, Call Center, and Training
Develops and is accountable for the accuracy of Construction Phase (Pre-Final Substantial Completion) Deliverables.
Facility documentation using various camera-based technologies.
Assist in gathering documentation for maintenance planning.
Proactively address and mitigate the potential for Contractual Interpretation or Disputes
Ensuring that any verbal agreements or discussions are documented as RFIs or other recognized semi-formal or formal documentation.
Development of the Warranty Charter
Life Cycle Planning, Energy Project management and any other work that is deemed to be required.
Monthly Reporting and weekly contributions to staff meetings
Supplemental Service, Variation and Change Order proposal development and pricing.
Ensure the construction team uphold their contractual obligations.

Access
Warranty, and
Handover
Sharing process improvements and lessons learned with peers.
Manages the Pre-Substantial Completion portions of the approved Document Repository.
Manages projects associated with the Design Builder or supplemental works as assigned.
Manages the State of Good Repair (SOGR) and other pre-substantial completion documentation.
Assists with the development of service contracts for future assets.
Development of processes, manuals, SOP’s and MOPs for future assets and works.
Performs other job-related duties as requested.
