Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is seeking a Transactions Associate Attorney to join their Transactions Practice Group in either Silicon Valley, San Francisco, or New York. This position offers the chance to engage in high-profile matters within a collaborative environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from an ABA-approved law school with a strong academic record.
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
- 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, M&A, joint ventures, and commercial transactions.
- Strong drafting and project management skills.
- Excellent writing, communication skills, and a proactive client service attitude.
- Proven ability to build strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in venture capital, M&A, and commercial transactions.
- Provide corporate counseling to various entities.
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve strategic objectives.
