We currently have an opportunity for a Transactional Real Estate Paralegal in the Parsippany, NJ area (zip code 07054)
Position responsibilities are:
- Handle real estate transactions from contract/commitment to closing
- Prepare documents and legal correspondence for commercial and residential estate transactions
- Draft and review loan documents
- Prepare closing costs and closing statements
- Record/file all documents and handle all post-closing items through issuance of title policy including completion of post-closing binders
- Interface with agents and brokers to prepare closing documents
- Prepare closing binders and obtain information from title companies
- Respond to client inquiries
Position requirements:
- At least 10 years of real estate transactional experience in a law firm
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work

- Respond to client inquiries
