Job Details
Seeking an attorney to representation to clients in various legal matters, including commercial law, real estate, estate planning, probate, and other transactional work.. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of legal services and representation. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in various legal matters, including real estate, estate planning, probate, transactions
- Conduct legal research and analysis to provide clients with accurate and timely legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent legal services and representation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license - if it's not florida are you open to sitting for the Florida bar?
- 3-7 years of experience in any of the following real estate, estate planning, probate, etc.
