Job Details
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Transactional Real Estate Attorney position should have:
1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, with a focus on transactional matters.
3. Extensive experience in contract negotiation, with a proven ability to handle complex transactions.
4. Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
9. A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Active membership in the state bar.
