Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and organize legal documents (contracts, agreements, corporate filings).
- Conduct due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions.
- Maintain corporate records, manage data rooms, and prepare closing binders.
- Coordinate filings with state and federal agencies.
- Research legal issues and support attorneys in transactional matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification.
- 5+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal in a law firm or in-house.
- Proficiency in corporate and real estate law, legal software, and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
