I'm searching for an attorney interested in managing complex transactions in Commercial Business, Commercial Real Estate, and Estate Planning. Requirements:

5-8 years of transactional experience (preferably in business, real estate, or corporate)

Experience with M&A, commercial leasing, joint ventures, or other corporate matters

Draft and review contracts, negotiating, conduct due diligence

Superior organization and communication skills with strong attention to detail

Licensed and in good standing with IL bar

Benefits:
