About the Job

One of our clients is seeking a Corporate/ Transactional Paralegal to join their team. The firm has always operated remotely. This is a 100% remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States. This firm's founders started their practice to help clients with (not limited to) business transactions, joint ventures, corporate governance, fund formation, IP Licensing, M&A, Real Estate and Privacy. They wanted to break away from the typical mold of a law firm and work as an integrated and collaborative team with an effective cost structure to clients, which is possible by keeping overhead down and being remote. They are committed to being entrepreneurial, proactive, efficient and humble who always put the demands of clients first.
