Well-known firm seeking aTransactional Corporate Attorney in their growing office! The firm is offering incredible opportunities for varied experience levels from junior associates to mid-senior levels. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Transactions and/or Corporate Regulations 
• Experience in corporate governance, drafting and negotiation agreements, entity formations, and M&A 
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas
• Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills
