Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Transactions and/or Corporate Regulations
- Experience in corporate governance, drafting and negotiation agreements, entity formations, and M&A
- Must be licensed to practice in Texas
- Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills
