Salary: $180,000 - $260,000 per year

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will be working.
3. A minimum of 6 years of experience as a corporate attorney, with a strong focus on M&A and financing.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex corporate transactions, preferably in the technology industry.
5. In-depth knowledge of corporate law, securities law, and the legal aspects of M&A and financing.
6. Excellent negotiation and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
10. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
