JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for execution of domestic and international real estate transactions for Medline’s 30M+ SF real estate portfolio of manufacturing, office, transship, and distribution space.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for lease negotiation, documentation, obtaining internal approvals, and deal execution for Medline’s ongoing income and expense leased sites. Responsibilities to include direct lease agreements and management of 3rd party broker transactions.
• Develop and maintain standardized lease processes and procedures to ensure consistency throughout the portfolio. Effectively communicating critical lease information and transaction progress to internal business partners
• Manage relationships with internal and external customers and business partners. Ensure forward thinking on occupancy to appropriately leverage Medline’s interests and limit business risks. Provide a high degree of customer service to internal business partners across all corporate services.
• Own and maintain landlord and tenant relationships across the network. Responsible for managing existing tenant retention and attraction of new tenants as needed.
• Partner with consultant services to maximize outcomes and efficiency across priorities. Ensure accountability and best value are maintained for Medline.
• Review and analyze real estate documents including but not limited to leases, license agreements, listing agreements, purchase & sale agreements, appraisals, estoppels, environmental reports, survey, title and property condition reports.
• Analyze market data and perform ongoing market and property specific research. Report on various market information as needed to support the business. Education Bachelor’s degree Relevant Work Experience 5+ years of relevant experience Additional
• Proven experience working a fast paced, detail oriented environment. • Strategic, tactical and operational planning (24 + months) for the function or department.
• Ability to establish and develop key vendor support to further objectives of the team.
• Ability to establish & maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Track record of effectively managing or participating in multiple projects of varying priority.
• Understanding of standard commercial lease language and common terminology.
• Effective negotiations skills.
• Capable to act on own initiative to meet strategic leasing goals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Construction management, Real Estate, or related discipline

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
