Transaction Banking Implementation Associate - HYBRID SCHEDULE
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
Providing support to major clients in addressing and resolving complex day-to-day issues and leverages the appropriate resources to resolve their inquiries.
Applies advanced problem-solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
Proactively assists clients in reviewing potential business needs and facilitates introductions to the appropriate resources.
Uses in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts and upgrading of Treasury Management related Services
Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
Uses knowledge of client services best practices and client needs to help develop process improvements.
Assist customers for initial setup, training, and testing
Maintain good relationship with existing customers through prompt response to their questions and concerns
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in the cash management products and payment industry with strong client service orientation
Able to simultaneously handle multiple demands and priorities
Exceptional written and oral communications skills required for both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills with attention to detail
Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint to support online banking activities for corporate activities
Employment Type: Contractor
Salary: $ 20.00 30.00 Per Hour
