This opportunity resides with Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. From towers to processors, we design, develop, integrate and manage the sensors, systems and other assets necessary to support integrated intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) operations, exploitation and analysis for the Intelligence Community, the military services, geographic and functional combatant commands and DoD agencies.

Who We Are
HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a Training Representative to assist in The Office of National Security (ONS), within the Immediate Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), manages Department-wide programs and provides oversight, policy direction, standards, and performance assessments in the areas of counterintelligence, intelligence, insider threat, cyber threat intelligence, information security, national personnel security, homeland security, and the safeguarding of classified information.
ONS provides support of Counterintelligence, Intelligence, and Administrative Support to customers within the HHS organization. This position will assist with administrative support as well as effectively messaging results.
What You Will Do
- Work with counterintelligence analysts to develop a communication strategy to convey risks to technology development to researchers, both intramural and extramural.
- In conjunction with travel team, develop outreach program and associated documents, aids, and other educational tools for sharing with academia regarding vetting methods, risks, and implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Risk Management.
- Understanding of the academic research community and culture is required.
What We Are Looking For
- 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
- Excellent technical writing skills to include spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others.
- Familiarity with Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and Classification Management Tool (CMT).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Top Secret /SCI security clearance.
- 1-3 years’ experience in technical writing or editing with at least one year working in the Intelligence Community.

- Frequently interacts with customers and/or functional peer group.
- May interact with senior management.
- Interactions normally involve matters between functional areas, other divisions or units, or customers and the department.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
