About the Job
Training System Building: Fully responsible for the careful development, writing, ongoing maintenance and systematic coordination of a series of training modules for all types of hourly workers in the customer order fulfillment centers. These modules cover all functions and operational aspects of the entire process from warehousing and accurate shelving of goods, to efficient picking and fine sorting, to proper packaging and smooth delivery.
Standard Work Instruction Development: In-depth research and development of Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), which clearly and accurately describe in writing the optimal execution of each specific task or job, providing clear specifications and guidelines for employee operations.
Learning Development Tracking and Coordination: Pay close attention to the learning progress of new employees, full-time and part-time trainers, and utilize scientific methods to assess and enhance their learning effectiveness. At the same time, we work closely with the security department and human resources department to ensure that all kinds of training activities are carried out in an orderly manner, forming an efficient and coordinated training pattern.
New Employee Integration Guidance: Plan and lead the induction training courses for new employees, and help them quickly familiarize themselves with the company's policies, strict safety operation procedures, and their respective duties through a variety of training forms, so that they can quickly integrate into the company's culture and work environment.
Skills Upgrading Planning: Regularly assess the skills of existing warehouse employees and accurately identify the skill gaps in their work. In response to these gaps, we tailor-make personalized training programs, focusing on strengthening employees' professional skills in key areas such as material handling, picking and packing techniques, and quality control, so as to enhance overall work efficiency.
Safety training synergy: In-depth cooperation with the security department to create a comprehensive and practical safety training course system. During the training process, we emphasize the importance of strict compliance with safety regulations, as well as the correct use of personal protective equipment and key points, to ensure the safety of employees at work.
Diversified training implementation: Make full use of a variety of training media and methods to carry out teaching activities, including traditional classroom lectures, intuitive on-site practical demonstrations, and convenient and efficient e-learning platforms, etc., in order to satisfy the learning styles and needs of different employees, and ensure that the training effect is maximized.
Optimization of training effect evaluation: Establish a scientific and perfect training effect evaluation mechanism, and use a variety of evaluation methods to comprehensively measure the overall effectiveness of the training program, as well as the learning outcomes and performance of each trainee. Based on the evaluation results, we will adjust and optimize the training content and methods in a timely manner to continuously improve the quality of training.
Personalized feedback and coaching: Provide targeted and constructive feedback to employees based on their performance in training and actual work. For employees who need further improvement, we provide additional coaching and support to help them break through bottlenecks and achieve significant improvements in work performance.
Training file management: Record the detailed information of each training activity carefully, including trainees' attendance, comprehensive performance evaluation results, and all kinds of training materials used, etc., to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the training records, and provide a strong basis for subsequent training analysis and decision-making.
Training Report and Strategy Adjustment: Regularly collate and analyze training data to generate detailed training effect reports. Based on the data and analysis results in the report, we provide the company's management with optimization suggestions and decision-making references for training, ensuring that the training strategy closely matches the company's business development needs.
Industry insight and innovation: Always pay attention to industry dynamics, in-depth study of the industry's advanced training concepts, best practice cases and emerging technology trends, combined with the actual changes in warehouse operations and demand, continuous innovation and optimization of training programs, so that the company's training work always maintain the industry's leading level.
Cross-departmental communication and collaboration: Maintain close communication and collaboration with departmental managers to keep abreast of the latest developments in business operations and changes in demand. This information will be timely integrated into the training materials to ensure that the training content is closely integrated with the actual work, to provide employees with the most practical and targeted training.
Requirements
Work experience: more than four years of relevant work experience, in the training field has accumulated rich practical experience.
Industry experience: with the warehouse or distribution center as a training manager of the work experience, the warehouse operation of the whole process has an in-depth understanding and practical experience.
Professional knowledge: Familiar with all aspects of warehouse operations, including but not limited to inventory management, order processing, logistics and distribution, and safety management.
Competence: Excellent organizational and coordination skills and excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel from different departments and levels to promote the smooth implementation of training work.
