We are a specialty gas and equipment distributor seeking a corporate Training Manager. This position is responsible for creating and administering companywide training programs that increase knowledge, efficiency, safety and productivity. Additionally, this role requires an energetic and self-motivated professional who can develop and implement training programs that foster long-term employee growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our teams, align with our business objectives, and comply with safety standards.
2. Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of improvement and gaps in knowledge or skills.
3. Use your expertise in instructional design to create engaging and effective training materials and courses. This includes e-learning modules, workshops, and other instructional resources.
4. Facilitate workshops and other training sessions, ensuring that they are interactive, engaging, and effective.
5. Utilize Articulate Storyline or equivalent software to develop e-learning modules and other digital learning resources.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
7. Provide coaching and support to sales team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their performance goals.
8. Contribute to organizational development initiatives, helping to shape the culture and direction of the company.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing or transportation industry.
2. Proven experience in coaching, needs assessment, instructional design, workshop facilitation, safety compliance, and instructional development.
3. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or equivalent eLearning development software.
4. Knowledge of adult learning and training methods.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Business, or Organizational Development.
