ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our Client, a boutique management company, hiring an:
Training Manager - Develop, implement, and oversee the training programs for all staff within affordable housing.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for development, implementation, delivery, and oversight of the training program for current and new staff
Assess company-wide developmental needs and drive training initiatives and solutions to improve staff productivity
Actively search, create, design, and implement effective methods to educate and enhance performance
Align the corporations learning and development strategy and deploy web-based and in-person training across the organization
Develop a culture of continuous learning, providing support to individuals who may have specific needs
Job Qualifications:
5+ years of experience of training delivery and design, including management within affordable housing, including HUD, Tax Credit, and other low-income housing programs.
Bachelors degree in organizational development, human resources, business, education or similar preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, project planning, and management skills.
Effectively present information to groups or individuals
Ability to write reports, correspondence, technical procedures, and training manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Possesses a personable and approachable demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Certifications in training preferred.
Bilingual background a plus, but not required
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi or similar property management software
Salary: Negotiable; Commensurate with Experience; Comprehensive Benefits Package.
