- Develop a training plan for the rollout of a new CPQ system multiple stakeholder groups involved
- Create training materials by partnering with various stakeholders (includes working with other teams to create materials process flows, videos, hands-on content, PDF Training aids, PowerPoint, etc
- 3. Delivery of leader-led training content and coordination of training resources to deliver content depending on the audience (primary audiences will be sales teams and office analyst teams)

Description:
- Plans, creates, and produces communications and training materials that support key transformation initiatives, process changes and other company information to Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams along with OU leadership teams and commercial employees.
- Conduct & deliver training to Pricing & Contracting (P&C) teams along with OU leadership teams and commercial employees.
- Works across multiple CPQ platforms (defined as per P&C priorities), with varying demands and objectives by acting as an integral member of that transformation initiative.
- Communicates upcoming changes proactively in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Maintains key internal relationships with SMEs, Product Owners/Project Managers, and Global P&C leadership to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
- Consults with SMEs, Product Owners and leaders to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately represented in training content. Helps foster the adoption of a self-service model for low impact changes.
- Strong change management communications capabilities and an understanding of organizational dynamics.
- Innovative and thinks outside of the box to bring new and exciting ways to engage, communicate and reach a diverse global population.
- Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and negotiation in local language and English.

Responsibilities:
- May include the following and other duties may be assigned. Plans, develops, and coordinates inhouse product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
- Obtains information needed to prepare inhouse training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
- Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
- Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training. May utilize trainers with technical expertise.
- Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
