• Design and conduct training programs for new and existing employees, including onboarding, compliance, customer service, and operational skills.
...• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in employee training, learning and development, or a related role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technology, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop tailored solutions.
