Brayman Construction Corporation, a leading heavy civil and geotechnical contractor with office headquarters in Saxonburg, is seeking a full-time experienced Career Coach to join our growing team. The Career Coach will be responsible for assisting Team Members develop professional plans for growth within the organization. The Career Coach is responsible for meeting with Team Members to discuss goals, concerns and long-term aspirations, developing individual improvement plan for Team Members and composing reports to highlight improvements or setbacks.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct work load of Career Coach for Trades demographic organizationally
- Conduct regular meetings with Team Members
- Build relationships to obtain and identify professional strengths and challenges
- Assist in maximizing a Team Members strength and assist in overcoming challenges
- Motivating and inspiring Team Members to advance within their career or position and establish reasonable time frames for career progression
- Create and document individualized development plans within a rotation; starting new member sessions annually
- Plan and implement a job coaching strategy with all levels of Team Members
- Assess and identify Team Members career aspirations and a strategy to address
- Communicates the growth and readiness status of team to senior management
- Keeps direct managers updated on the status and desired path of Team Member
- Provide guidance for Team Members facing professional challenges
- Appropriate handling of confidential and non-routine information
- Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
- Effectively utilizes computer software applications in Microsoft Suite, (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Develop and present annual training requirements
- Participate in Performance Management as it relates to development
- Research and apply for applicable training grant funds
- Works closely with other HR, Recruiting, and Executive team members
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development, Education or related field preferred
- 5-8 years' similar experience in a related field will be considered
Safety Sensitive Position:
This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work on project sites, including federal projects. Project sites contain various safety hazards associated with heavy construction. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.
