About the Job
Responsibility:
- The primary role of the TPMS Technical Trainer is to provide high level product knowledge and training as well as sales techniques to our customers’ sales staff.
- Responsible for driving sales and profits through training initiatives.
- Provide exceptional field level service to drive the sales of TPMS tools and sensor at all levels of distribution.
- Assume responsibility for training existing accounts and prospective opportunities to ensure customer needs are being met effectively.
- Establish close contact with all relevant customer purchasing, sales and operations personnel within assigned accounts and prospective opportunities.
- Educate key accounts to the attributes and advantages of selling Autel TPMS products to promote the warehousing and distribution of current TPMS products and new products as released.
- Provide customers with sales and marketing assistance, materials needed to promote the sale of TPMS products.
- Stay up to date and well informed on all existing products and new products as they become available.
- Actively participate in sales activities with customer salespeople to present the features, benefits and advantages of TPMS products.
- Possess the ability to perform detailed customer presentations.
- Possess the ability to evaluate the business issues and prioritize activities.
- Actively support and encourage customer participation in promotions made available to customers.
- Communicate upstream to the sales director new opportunities and existing customer developments through weekly calls.
- Communicate the changing needs of the marketplace to assist in the development of new products and marketing materials.
- Prepare reports or work on special projects as requested.
