Talent Manager - Jr. Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pemberton Township, NJ
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist with excellent relationship building skills to source and screen applicants for positions with our clients worldwide. Job Function / Responsibilities: *** Develop a strategic recruiting plan to identify, search and select candidates, by utilizing all tools of technology, searching both internal and external database resources and gathering qualified candidates from own existing network and by direct recruiting. *** Assess talent, skill set, and experience level of candidates by thoroughly interviewing, in line with the Job order, in order to be able to make the best match possible between the candidates, the job, and the staffing need at the client organization. *** Utilize applicant tracking system to organize and document all relevant workflow, client, candidate, job order notes, modifications and changes. *** Introduce the candidates to the client organization, arrange interviews, and keep both candidates and clients up-to-date about the process and outcomes. *** Coordinate the process of job offering and negotiating between the selected candidate and client organization, as well as coaching the candidate and properly communicating with client to secure a successful outcome for all parties. *** Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with both your network of candidates, as well as your client program managers to support the successful acquisition of new candidates, clients and future assignments. Education requirements: *** Bachelors Degree required, a major in Business, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
