• In-depth knowledge of tractor-trailer systems, maintenance procedures, and industry regulations
• Proficiency in operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Must have Tractor Trailer Shop experience
• Must have Trailer mechanic experience
