Description
What You’ll Do:
The successful candidate will provide traffic signal design, traffic analysis, signing and pavement marking design, and assist with design efforts for the Transportation group. A strong background in California DOT and County design policies and procedures is preferred.
This is a Hybrid/ primarily remote role that requires the ideal candidate to live within the San Francisco-Bay Area, CA.
There will be light travel from different project sites.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
- Basic CAD skills are preferred (Intermediate – AutoCAD, Beginner – Micro-Station)
- Professional Engineer License Required
- Traffic control planning
- 3-5 years' experience in traffic planning
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of QA/QC utilization methods
- Excellent communication skills

Benefits & Salary:
Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $135,000 and $175,000 annually and is an exempt position.
Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
