Work on the dynamic trading floor located in Greenwich, CT. You will primarily assist the trading desk by providing hands on technology support of applications, hardware, market data services and peripheral equipment utilized. This includes but not limited to installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading corporate computer hardware and applications while ensuring optimal performance. This position is in person 5 days/week in our Greenwich office.
This individual is expected to gain superior knowledge on all Business Line applications (specifically our Trading and Sales environment) and will be required to provide in depth application support. It will also be expected that this individual gain knowledge and support the Business Line telephony devices which include, IPC Turrets, Cisco phones, and mobile devices.
This individual will be expected to provide crisis management for downed services and help to resolve, manage and escalate those downed services via other internal Technology Teams.
The position's responsibilities require independent analysis and problem solving for technical solutions. Work is performed with little supervision and requires initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison between trading floor, technical groups and vendors.
- Facilitate the tracking, escalation, and resolution of production issues.
- Provide computer hardware, software, and telephone equipment support.
- Monitor system health.
- Candidate will escalate incidents to developers, server and network engineers when needed.
- Deploying, configuring and tuning Windows workstations.
- Conduct trading desk moves.
- This position requires flexible hours when needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 or more years previous computer related experience preferred.
- Experience with trading desk support preferred.

The anticipated starting salary range for Connecticut-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $100,000 - $135,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
