Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Trademark Paralegal to join our intellectual property team in a regional office. This position supports the local Intellectual Property & Technology (IP&T) Practitioners and the national IP&T Practice Group. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing trademark documents, managing client correspondence, and assisting with trademark enforcement matters. This role is critical in ensuring the effective and efficient management of trademark portfolios for our clients.
