The target location for this role is Land O'Lakes Corporate Headquarters in Arden Hills, MN, however this position can be remote (virtual) and located anywhere in the USA
Responsible for managing day-to-day interaction of systems and procedures related to the contract maintenance, claims processing, and reporting of trade promotion transactions. Analyzing monthly trade data and providing actionable recommendations to the team is a key function of this role. Serves as the primary contact with users of the trade promotion software regarding contract maintenance, claims processing, reporting and training. Building connections with Field Sales, Broker Partners and key internal cross functional partners is critical to the success of the role
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years work experience working with transactional/informational systems, preferably in business/sales team support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other advanced PC applications.
- 3+ years experience with TPM systems and/or pricing processes preferred
- Experience with Foodservice TPM systems such as Blacksmith TPM preferred.

- Strong customer service orientation. Enjoys heavy user interaction. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well with Field Sales Teams, and communicate with their goals in mind.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information withattention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with internal and external technology partners.
- Self-Starter with proven ability to achieve results through self and others in spite of ambiguity, complexity.
- Able to excel in a team environment.
The salary range for this role is between $49,040 - $73,560
