Shared Imaging is looking to add a Full Time Tractor Trailer Maintenance Support Representative to our operations team. This role will be fully remote.
Work Schedule:
- Monday thru Friday, no weekends
- Shift: 11:30am to 7:00pm (CST or EST)
- Overtime, based on the needs of the company
Summary of Job Responsibility
Reporting to the Senior Transportation Manager, the Support Representative is responsible for working with internal and external customers to provide support and administrative oversight of proactive and reactive service requests for Mobile, Full Time, and Interim medical imaging trailers.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with Managers, Transportation Specialists, Customer Experience Team, and all other departments.
- Work with internal and external customers to schedule Preventative Maintenance (PM) and/or repairs on trailers including major components of the trailer as well as life safety PMs (Fire & E Lights)
- Utilize web-based system called OMS and ServiceMax, and other applications such as Word and Excel as needed - log all communication in Service Requests (SRs)
- Manage incoming and outgoing customer service phone calls & customer requests.
- Create proactive and reactive SRs and dispatching accordingly
- Identify, resolve, and follow up with vendor or customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure all documentation (including all notes, attachments, service reports and pictures) are received and uploaded into the OMS SRs and closed appropriately.
- Interact with vendors and customers over phone and emails
- Escalate service calls when needed, audit PM or repair reports from vendors for any follow up actions that may be identified. Create new SRs for any follow up actions and assign appropriately in OMS.
- Understanding the mobile route scheduler for scheduling repairs/PM.
- Flexible; able to work OT when needed (come in early/leave later, switch schedules for coverage)
- Follow through on resolution of any customer needs. Other duties as determined by your managers.
Minimum competencies, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Proficient in working within computer software programs and typing
- Ability to multitask & prioritize is a must
- Exhibit positive customer first attitude and have excellent teamwork skills
- Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and peers.
- Time management and ability to prioritize & multitask with focus to detail.
- Ability to articulate thoughts into clear & concise written and verbal communication
