Job Pay: $30-$40/hour plus annual bonuses

Position Overview: The Tower Foreman is responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of towers, antenna, and cellular cell sites. The Foreman must have the ability to analyze problems, plan solutions, and carry out repairs in a safe and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Construct, inspect, and install towers, antenna, and cellular cell sites
- Perform maintenance and repair of existing towers, antenna, and cellular cell sites
- Inspect and replace hardware and components when necessary
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with existing systems
- Perform safety checks and adhere to safety guidelines
- Conduct periodic inspections and tests of equipment
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Adhere to all company safety and security procedures
- 3+ years of experience in construction and/or tower maintenance
- Knowledge of antenna, cellular, and cell site technologies
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Clean and valid driver's license and the ability to travel to locations
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and randomized drug testing
- Competitive pay: $30-$40/hour (Depending on Experience)
