Alpha Automotive is looking for a Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our rapidly growing team!

As a Tow Truck Dispatcher, a typical day may include:
- Assigning drivers to the routes and overseeing their dispatch
- Ensuring tows are completed on time and accurately
- Receiving incoming calls and gathering essential information regarding the nature of the customer's vehicle issue and location.
- Documenting all relevant information, including customer details, service requests and job statuses thoroughly in dispatching software
This career may be for you if:
- You have experience using software like Towbook, AAA, Turo, Michell, and/or CCC
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly, accurately, and professionally
- You have previous experience as a tow truck dispatcher, customer service and/or call center representative
- You have a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
