Salary Range: $65,000-75,000/year with bonus potential
Must have:
Bachelor's degree
desire to work in a Private Equity owned company
3-5 years of Benefits Administration experience
This fast growing Private Equity backed company is looking to hire a key role in HR a Total Rewards Specialist position. This role will be charged with administering all benefits and retirement plans for the Company. Preferred certifications will be CEBS or CBP.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all aspects of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness benefits, ensuring seamless administration and compliance.
-Conduct thorough research and provide informed recommendations to the leadership team on optimizing employee benefits offerings.
-Address inquiries regarding 401(k) enrollments, plan changes, and contribution amounts from both managers and employees, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
-Conduct comprehensive benefits orientations, explaining benefits packages to employees during onboarding and throughout their tenure.
-Maintain meticulous records of employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the payroll system for deductions.
-Perform regular quality checks on benefits-related data to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
-Lead open enrollment processes, including the distribution of enrollment materials and eligibility assessments.
-Manage employee enrollments with carriers and facilitate life status changes efficiently.
-Assist employees with benefits claim issues and guide them through plan changes as needed.
-Provide responsive support to managers and employees regarding benefits provisions, enrollment procedures, and general inquiries.
-Ensure precise benefits enrollments in the HRIS, supplying vendors with up-to-date eligibility information.
-Support employees in navigating health, dental, life, and other benefit claims, offering assistance and guidance as required.
-Verify the accuracy of monthly premium statements for group insurance policies and resolve any administrative issues with carrier representatives.
-Administer COBRA benefits in compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Obtain relevant statistics and information for the renewal process of health, life, and retirement plans.
-Organize informative meetings to help employees understand company benefits and related incentive programs, ensuring timely distribution of required notices.
-Complete benefits reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
-Provide assistance to other departments and employees as needed, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive approach.
-Conduct thorough market data analysis on compensation for all positions to inform competitive and consistent compensation package offerings.
