Total Rewards Director (US & International Comp and Benefits) - Moffatt & Nichol

We are actively looking for a Total Rewards Director to join our Human Resources team.
 As part of the Human Resources Group, the Total Rewards Director leads development and management of compensation structures, employee benefits, and HR Systems.
They will serve  as a consultant to CHRO, Executive Team, Operations, Practice, and Business Unit management and employees and nurtures partnerships with our broker, insurance carriers and vendors.
 This role will be directly responsible for continuing to design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs as well as provide counsel to hiring managers on internal pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job evaluations.About Moffatt & Nichol:  Moffatt & Nichol is a leading U.S.-based global infrastructure advisor specializing in the planning and design of facilities that shape and serve our coastlines, harbors and rivers, as well as an innovator in the transportation complexities associated with the movement of freight.

 Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California, New York City, Washington or Hawaii markets.
