The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation (DOSR) has a long-standing tradition of excellence in research and education. DOSR operates at three campus locations in the region including League City, Clear Lake, and Galveston.
The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation is seeking a highly motivated, fellowship-trained candidate for the position of Total Joint Replacement Surgeon. This position will join our group in providing Joint Reconstruction services emphasizing reconstructive surgery of the hip, including proximal femoral and pelvic osteotomies, arthroplasty, fixation of pelvic fractures, as well as knee reconstruction and replacement surgery. Faculty also participate in the resident and fellowship education programs. Leadership opportunities are available within the Department and Institution.
Position Requirements:
- M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school.
- Residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
- Joint Fellowship training and certification.
- Ability to obtain a valid unrestricted Texas state medical license.
