Title: Tosca Automation Engineer
Location: Remote or Horsham PA

JOB Description-
At least 8-10 years of experience with the following skill-set:
" The candidate should possess proficiency in UI, API, and Database Automation using Tosca.
" It is required to have extensive experience in testing Applications, APIs, and Service End Points within the insurance sector.
" Understanding of Insurance domain and the Insurance life cycle involving dataflows, processes, new business administration, enrollment, census data, etc. is necessary.
" Experience in a CI environment using Bamboo, Jenkins, Cruise Control, or relevant environments is preferred.
" The candidate should have experience in SCRUM, KANBAN, LEAN, and XP methodologies on large complex Agile projects within the insurance industry.
" Experience with test management tools is essential. Working knowledge of Agile tools like Rally (Agile Central) and JIRA, specifically in the context of insurance projects is required.
" Understanding of DevOps practices is required. Experience in continuously deploying and scheduling tests using Bamboo/Jenkins/GIT is preferred.
" Understanding of RESTful API and SOAP web services is necessary.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these skills to insurance domain challenges, are required.
" Knowledge of common software testing procedures and methodologies is necessary.
" Familiarity with new innovative trends or tools in the QA industry is preferred.
" Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate about insurance domain concepts, are necessary.
" The candidate should be able to contribute effectively in daily stand-up, sprint review, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings, providing insights from an insurance domain perspective.
" Reviewing user stories with business analysts, designers, and developers to ensure tests are appropriate to demonstrate that delivered insurance solutions meet agreed-upon requirements is required.
" Reviewing relevant project documentation and attending meetings as needed is necessary.
" Experience in Agile process across all phases of a project to constantly test and provide feedback on the quality of the insurance product is preferred.
" Conducting test case reviews and ensuring requirements traceability, with a focus on insurance domain requirements is necessary.
" Good communication & leadership skills.
Preferred:
