Tooling Crib Attendant - 1st Shift - AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Tooling Crib Attendant - 1st Shift for a Contract job with a client in Southington, CT. The ideal candidateis responsible for managing spare parts inventory and ensuring accurate documentation and transactions in ORACLE.

 

Note: Shift- 1st -Monday - Friday (6:45 AM- 3:15 PM)

 

Rate Range: $18/hour to $19/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Tooling Crib Attendant - 1st Shift job responsibilities include:

• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure accuracy in stock levels.

• Receive parts against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and store parts in designated bin locations.

• Perform ORACLE transactions related to part receipts and issuance.

• Verify parts are signed out and issued to the appropriate work orders.

• Perform regular cycle counts and record data in ORACLE to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Create purchase requisitions to replenish inventory as needed.

• Perform 6S activities to maintain an organized and clean work environment.

• Assist with other projects as requested by the MRO Buyer or Tool Crib Supervisor.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree from a two-year school or institution preferred.

• 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training.

• Proficiency in computer programs such as Excel, Word, and ORACLE is desired.

• Ability to perform simple arithmetical computations with speed and accuracy.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
