Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promotes the Company’s mission and values-based culture through monitoring and adjusting the flow of product through the Rotomold processes
Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Will be responsible for handling quality issues and communicate between customer service and quality.
Monitor progress and report workflow issues with manufactured parts
Be able to look for and identify safety issues, correct if possible and report the findings to supervisor and/or management
Review and supply corrective actions to CARs (Corrective Action Request) in a timely manner to resolve issues
Be able and willing to attend training
Assist in training new employees on equipment and processes
Participate and provide technical feedback during design reviews
Be willing to work with all groups (internally and externally), keeping end customer product in mind, and be able to maintain professionalism at all times
Be willing to learn and fill in as needed to perform Rotomold production duties to direct employees
Attend daily manufacturing report out meeting and supply details to relevant issues
Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience
One-year practical training or education in field related project or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Travel
Minimal day travel
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Reasoning Ability
Must have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge in Excel, Word, LMS and Report Manager.
Other Skills
Ability to drive Forklift safely
Ability to read Blueprint and Tape Measure
