We specialize in designing, manufacturing, and qualifying complex ducting systems for aerospace applications. Since 1945, our campus has now expanded to include a 59,000 sq. ft high-volume production facility, in addition to our legacy 131,000 ft2 main buildings which combined, accommodate over 500 employees!
Title: Tool Operator
Location: Burbank, CA
Salary: $20 - $23 + OT
Shift: 1st and 2nd
Requirements: Industrial experience/ Working with metal/ Machine operations

1. Building, repairing, and modifying aerospace parts and assemblies according to blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical instructions.
2. Operating and maintaining various industrial machinery such as tacker, grinder machines, and other fabricating equipment.
3. Inspecting and testing assembled components to ensure adherence to specified requirements and standards.
4. Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve assembly and production issues.
5. Ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
6. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and suggesting ways to enhance assembly processes and procedures.
7. Maintaining accurate records of all work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 1+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting, preferably in the aerospace or a related industry.
2. Proficiency in operating and maintaining various industrial machinery such as tacker, grinder machines, and other fabricating tools.
3. Strong understanding of engineering blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
4. Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with a keen attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve assembly and production issues.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to team members and supervisors.
8. A commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
9. High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
