Hi-Tek Manufacturing is searching for an experienced Tool Crib Attendant / Inventory Analyst who wishes to develop his or her career in advanced manufacturing technology by executing a higher level of workmanship. **1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri** *OT may be required as needed
Hi-Tek is a Drug-Free Workplace and conducts pre-employment drug and background screening and random drug screening.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Reporting to the Materials Manager, the Tool Crib Inventory Analyst, is responsible for maintaining material inventory levels.
- Creates Purchase Requisitions, Pack lists, Bol’s and reviews material drawings and certifications.
- Maintains inventory records through receiving, tracking, and barcoding materials.
- Performs weekly and bi-weekly inventory counts to correct real-time inventory.
- Arranges and organizes supply shelves as needed and disposes of old or expired supplies.
- Prints SDS labels and maintains SDS binder to ensure labels are always available.
- Receives purchased castings and material from vendors while verifying that the packing list, certifications, material certifications, and other paperwork are correct.
- Reviews purchase part and stock manufacturing part report and orders items accordingly.
- Issues or makes available supplies required to perform production operations
- Processes returns and credits.
- Creates jobs and routers for manufacturing parts.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
- Follow all Hi-Tek policies and procedures, including the use of proper PPE
- Operate overhead crane when necessary
- Report proper labor hours in the ERP system
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by performing daily housekeeping duties
- Demonstrates the ability to lift 35 pounds occasionally

Physical Conditions:
- Lift, push and/or pull 35 pounds regularly
- Stand and walk at least 95% of the scheduled shift
- Routinely perform reaching, twisting, bending, and grasping to move materials around.
- Operate overhead crane when necessary
- Frequently switches between gross and fine motor skills
- Will climb stairs throughout the work shift
- Perform under AS9100 quality standards and NADCAP accreditation
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with Epicor ERP system preferred
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment required
- Minimum 2 years of previous inventory experience required
- Computer Skills (intermediate level) required
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Must be a United States Citizen, or a US Permanent Resident
