To Go/Takeout Team Member - Top Dawg Tavern - Augusta

Top Dawg Tavern is a family-owned and operated, full-service casual dining restaurant. Open 7 days a week, we offer lunch and dinner service, in a clean, family-friendly relaxed atmosphere. Founded in 2013, we now have 6 locations around the southeast in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. We are looking to add additional Hosts & To Go Staff to our front of house team! Experience is preferred, but not required! Bring a positive attitude and we can train you! * Greet customers and welcome them to TDT * Answer phones and take all To Go/takeout/pickup orders * Input orders into Aloha POS system * Insure each order is correct and includes proper condiments or cutlery before finalizing for customer pickup * Collecting payment for takeout/pickup orders from customers * Assist with 3rd Party Delivery Orders (DoorDash, GrubHub, Uber Eats, etc) * Assist Host/Hostess with any additional duties as needed, such as sanitizing tables and menus To Go/Takeout Team Member hostess, greeter is generally offered as a part time restaurant opportunity. Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, associate, or other part time restaurant job at Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger. Requirements/Responsibilities Host / Hostess Responsibilities: * Greet & welcome all customers as they enter restaurant * Organize tables on seating chart and seat customers according to guidelines * Give guests accurate wait times * Assist with To Go orders * Assist with 3rd Party Delivery Orders (DoorDash, GrubHub, etc) * Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order To Go/Takeout Team Member hostess, greeter is generally offered as a part time restaurant opportunity.
