Titles Specialist I - iLending

iLending is looking for their next dynamic Titles Specialist! This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles, using the respective states/agencies guidelines, in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying iLending policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

• Accurately process titles in all states/markets.
• Maintains accuracy, within company specific guidelines on, DMV title rejections.
• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
• Accurately process incoming FedEx daily according to established procedures.
• Complete, in accordance with queue turn times, SOR Requests, Pushes, Doc-Ins, and QAD reviews.
• Ability to contact previous lenders, customers, and DMVs to obtain documents needed to perfect the titling process.
• Ability to communicate, written and verbal, with supporting departments, DMV’s, customers, and lenders.
• Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and find problem resolutions specific to title perfections.
• Maintains a professional and calm manner with all professional and business interactions.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
• Customer centric focus that delivers a world class service experience.
• Contributes to and encourages others to demonstrate and live the iLending core values; transparent, people focused, empowering, knowledgeable, and dependable.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED | Some college preferred.
• A minimum of one- year office experience, or an appropriate combination of experience and education.
• Experience as a Title Clerk is preferred but not necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to operate other office equipment, such as fax/copy machine, calculator, phone system etc.
• Ability to use multi-screen systems and maneuver through several programs simultaneously.
• Excellent organization and multi-tasking ability.
• Problem-solving skills.
