Title Researcher - Examiner - Tallgrass Title

•Analyze liens, plat books, contracts, agreements, surveys, maps, public records, and leases to verify ownership, legal description, and restrictions

•Conduct a search of real estate records

•Travel to and from county offices to pick up and deliver documents

•Verify ownership, legal descriptions, and restrictions by analyzing liens, maps, public records, leases, plat books, agreements, surveys, and contracts

•Check for real estate title defects after conducting property search for title issues such as liens, claims, deeds, wills, mortgages, or fraud

•Title industry experience is not required, however, additional opportunities exist for candidates with experience in title and/or escrow, mortgage processing, or legal research

•Kansas title producer license is not required, but the opportunity will be given to obtain licensing

•Prefer process-driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills

•Title, abstractor, or title examiner experience preferred

•Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven with excellent communication skills

•The ideal candidate will be process-driven, highly analytical and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

•High school diploma requiredcollege degree preferred

•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

•State license requirements must be met for this position title producers license is a bonus
