We are looking for a Commercial Title Officer or Examiner responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Examine and Service files/review objection letters and reply.
- Create proforma policies and proforma endorsements.
- Communicate with Escrow Officers.
- Review surveys and communicate with Surveyors.
- Review recordings as needed.
- Review and send out policies.
- Attend meetings with clients when necessary; assist clients/attorneys with any possible issues; anticipate any issues that may come up and find solutions whenever possible.
- Attend underwriting seminars/meetings when appropriate; communicate underwriting issues with underwriters and maintain positive relationships; maintain and keep up with any new underwriting issues as they come up and share those issues with the Company.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Ramquest/Resware preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Experience in Data Trace preferred, not required.
