Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will assist the branch manager with all activities of the Cincinnati branch office and Springboro Satellite Branch. The candidate will lead the branch ensuring the customers, both internal and external, have exceptional customer satisfaction, while maintaining productivity and effectiveness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in improving the operational excellence of the branch, including branch systems, processes and reports.
- Accountable for supervision and development of the team.
- Make continuing improvement on cost reduction, process efficiencies, increased output while maintaining reduced errors.
- Ability to interact with title insurance underwriters, M/I Financial Underwriting Department to resolve pre-closing issues, M/I Financial Post Closing Department, resolving any post-closing issue and the Title Production Team.
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum Education Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or 5 to 7 years of related experience.
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of title insurance practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and demonstrated ability to successfully coach and develop teams.
- Ability to manage conflict.
- Must create and maintain positive relationships with M/I Homes Divisions, M/I Financial Branches, M/I Financial Corporate Underwriting and Post Closing Departments.
Work Conditions:
- Some travel will be required.
