Position: Timecards Administrative Assistant
Location: Andover, MA
Pay: Hourly wage

Please note this position is based on-site at our Andover office and is not a role that can be performed remotely.
What you’ll do:
Timecard & Expenses Processing:
- Work as part of a team in the reviewing & tracking of contractor invoices, expenses reports and timesheets.
- Proactively communicating with consultants via email and phone regarding pending items
- Point of contact for payment inquiries
- Obtain timesheets from online systems, review for accuracy/approval and upload into system
- Create weekly timesheets and expense reports
- Text weekly payroll reminders using texting program
- Track & communicate missing items
- Answer questions from contractors regarding payments or timesheets
- Send welcome emails to contractors beginning a new assignment
- Cross train within operations department to provide additional support as needed.
Experience and skills you’ll need:
- High School diploma required
- One-year administrative support, preferred
- Strong telephone and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Prior customer service
- Time management Skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes within the organization
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new computer programs
- Desire to be a team player and work as part of a group
