Job Description:Exciting Job Opportunity at MSK: Time and Attendance - Payroll Associate Analyst
Are you a resilient and detail-oriented professional looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) is seeking a Time and Attendance - Payroll Associate Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will ensure the accurate and timely capture and reporting of hours worked and paid absences for over 22,000 employees using our Time & Attendance system and Workday Absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume tasks related to MSK Time and Workday Absence, including reporting, security access, and assistance requests, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Provide clear and effective guidance for Time & Attendance and Workday via email and the ServiceNow case management platform, resolving issues swiftly and efficiently.
- Manage escalated Time & Attendance issues, track overpayments, and process retroactive time card corrections with precision and adherence to deadlines.
- Write comprehensive training guides and procedures, prepare audit documentation, and stay up-to-date with labor laws and MSK policies.
- Assist with cross-functional payroll and finance tasks, including processing Workday earnings adjustments as requested.
Key Qualifications:
- Time and attendance experience required
- Experience managing a payroll with 5,000+ employees
- Experience with Time & Attendance Systems (Symplr Time & Attendance, a plus).
- Familiarity with a case management platform (ServiceNow, a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Additional Information:
Schedule: Hybrid, with flexibility required to be onsite multiple days per week or as needed
Location: 633 Third Avenue, NYC
Report to: Manager, Payroll Training & Operations
Pay Range: 66,500.00 - $103,100.00
