Job Summary
The Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Ticket Sales and Service Department including service activations, group experiences, VIP request coordination, and event management. In addition, this individual will be aid in overseeing the Fan Service Associate program.
Essential Functions
- Work with the Community Relations department to coordinate the seasonal Fan Service Associate program. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and assisting Community Relations Supervisor with the delegation of projects and work assignments.
- Serve as a department liaison between the Kings Sales and Service department and arena game day functional dept. heads for daily communication and transactional needs. This includes scheduling events, coordinating parking and club passes, coordinating Royal treatment program, guest services, and security.
- Coordinate the ticket benefits program including inventory management, customer support, and in-game activation and fulfillment.
- Assist Group Sales team with coordination of group leader benefits including showcasing group names on the scoreboard, arranging catering, busses, ticket package gifts, and other elements of the group sales process.
- Oversee the LA Kings in-game experiences from fulfillment to activation. This includes pre-game tours, Zamboni rides, Season Ticket of the Game, and Tunnel Team.
- Provide overall administrative support to the day to day functions of the ticket sales and service department including ordering supplies, organization of STM collateral, support of STM mailings, game day staffing etc.
- Coordinate the Season Ticket Member and client gifting processes; assist in brainstorming gift ideas, organize and maintain gift/recipient lists, execute the gift deployment process.
- Process VIP and department ticket requests as needed; i.e. coordination of ticket pick-up with will call, parking arrangement, etc.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
Experience:
- 2-4 years related work experience
- Experience and interest in the sports and entertainment industry preferred
Pay Scale: $20.15 - $26.80
