Third Shift Custodian - Confidential Company

This position will work within our Senior Community Living division on property assets ranging in size from 150-200 units in the Carrollton, Texas area and reports to the Supervisor. We are looking for a competent Custodian to undertake after hours activities on behalf of Operations Management.

The successful candidate will effectively take out trash, clean restrooms, sanitize dining area, dust and clean common areas, walk the halls to listen and respond to issues, and respond to calls as necessary. This position will cover full time shift, Monday to Friday. Other shifts to possibly cover throughout the week as well.

Shift is 10pm from 6am, Monday to Friday.

FULL TIME position and Employee paid meals for all shifts!

Skills:

- Proven work experience as a customer service employee

- Ability to work unsupervised

- Knowledge of senior living communities, plus.

- Customer-focused approach
