We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time contract opportunity in home care in Houston, TX. The PTA will plan and provide physical therapy services to clients in their homes, adhering to the Plan of Care and Agency policies.

Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate clients and families on exercises and home care techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

• Current PTA license in Texas.
• Experience in home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
