Responsibilities:
- The Funds Trade Support Ops. Analyst will be responsible for handling trade corrections, manual trade exceptions and other financial transactions in support of Mutual Fund Trading, including offshore funds.
- The incumbent will collaborate with various internal and external business partners, including Fund Families, Portfolio Managers, Trading desks, and Transfer Agents.
- The ideal candidate should be well organized, have an ability to handle multiple functions under tight deadlines, and have strong communication skills. Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
Requirements:
- Must have ability to communicate Trade information to external parties.
- Process manual trade instructions
- Validate key control reports
- Perform Quality Assurance
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of investment products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including advanced Excel skills
